Are you happy?

Happy people save money. It's a simple fact. If you are not happy with your say, marriage life, or yourself, you might need to go to a counselor, psychic, or have an urge to spend money at the mall and so on..
Everybody has something that troublesome them in life. That's part of life. How can you cope with that?

1) Watch some movies!!

Movies always give you a short escape from your routine world. I joined Netflix after I was charged $10.- for late fees at a major rental video shop, and I love it! We always have good movies to watch and they come in like a day!

2) Enjoy music! Do Karaoke!

Karaoke releases stress. You don't have to go to Karaoke Pub, just sing along with your CD's or iPod. Lyrics are available on google search, just search, "lyrics, artist name, song name" and something will pop up. Karaoke in a bar might be intimidating, but if you can find an Asian Karaoke shop, you get private rooms that charge by the hour, and the room size depends on how many of you there are, so grab a couple friends and go have some fun!

3) Keep a diary but make it private.

I had a pretty tough life as a child. It's nothing too serious when I look back, but I was desperate. I kept a diary sometimes just to spit out my feelings sometimes with a doodle. Now, some people would do it on a blog, but I'd rather keep my emotions private. Occasionally hand writing effort sounds good for your brain too. Why not get a fancy special diary? You might read it later and laugh about it later! But just make sure you save it in a private place.

4) Nutrition?

It's a well known fact that certain chemicals from food or simple changes in life style will improve your mood. Take a walk on a sunny day, even eating whole grains for breakfast will make you feel more optimistic because it will produce a mood-boosting neurotransmitter called "serotonin" over several hours.
