Health is the most important thing!
When you are healthy and don't have to go to the doctor's
office, you don't really appreciate your health, but when you get sick,
that's a disaster. Healthy mind and body are really, really, priceless...
1) Are you healthy?
Seems like everybody has some kind of condition nowadays.
It might be cholesterol, obesity, allergy... Drugs costs a lot, to stabilize
your condition, it's a good idea to at least check into alternative ways
of curing such as eating healthy stuff or doing some exercise. Don't
just rely on drugs.
2) Eat Healthy! To conquer a poison with another poison.
You are what you eat. I see a lots of people in America
that don't like vegetables. It was shocking to me. I meet some people
who say they only take corn and orange juice. They have been surviving
that way and they are still young (like early 20's) but what will happen
when they are in their 40's, 50's or 60's ? Vegetables can be good when
you eat with some peanut butter, or nice yummy dips. There's a proverb
saying "To conquer a poison with another poison." The first
poison in here is vegetables, (even though it's good for you!) if you
don't like them, it tastes like poison, but if you put yummy fattening "poison" like
ranch dressing, peanut butter and so on, you might enjoy it and you can
still get all the nice fiber and vitamins in vegetables.
3) Sabbath day might be a good idea.
Walking is the most easy & effective way to exercise.
There are not so many Jews in Japan, but I see their traditions sometimes
make sense. One of them is the Sabbath. Since the gas price is way too
expensive, it's nice not to drive the whole day once in a while.
4) First
Magazine -Good source of info.
This magazine always tells you which vegetables
or fruits have certain enzymes or vitamins to improve your conditions,
such as depression, allergies, and so on.
