Japanese BBQ Recipe
- Any meat & vegetables you want suggestions
like,
- Thin sliced beef
- Sausage
- Chopped cabbage
- mushrooms (etc: raw shitake)
- bell peppers
- corn
- carrot
- onion
- Sauce
- 1 tbs sesame seed
- 1 tbs grated garlic
- 1/2 cup miso (bean paste)
- 5 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 3 tbs mirin (sweet sake)
- 3 tbs sake
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Mix ingredients of sauce.
- grind sesame seed
- put together all the rest of the ingredients
- Heat electronic skillet. put some oil.
- cook & steam hard vegetables first,
like onion, carrot, then cabbage.. after the vegetables are done,
cook thin sliced meat.
- After 2) is done, just pick up and dip into
home made sauce and eat it!
